In my last post, I mentioned my affinity for electric cars and that it was widely shared.

What I did not realize is that the popularity extended to a deposed(?) dictator sitting on billions in oil wealth. Moammar Gadhafi seemed to be a big enough fan of electric cars to have one made from a Fiat.

Just remember, don’t judge a car by its owner!
